Colin McQuestion

Colin is lead developer in charge of the Bedford Church Lane regeneration, a mixed use development scheme in conjunction with Bedford Borough Council. Colin is also responsible for the £25m mixed use development at Seven Kings, Illford, in partnership with Swan Housing, and is currently heading up the Herne Bay bid. Previously a Development Director at St Modwen Properties PLC, Colin has been involved in several major town centre mixed use regeneration schemes, including Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, Bedford Town Centre West and the Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre, and thus contributes considerable development experience.
Paul Stanley

Paul Stanley is managing the £12m South West London Commercial Space portfolio, and deals with both the marketing and asset management of the portfolio. Paul also asset manages our Sutton site. Paul has twenty years experience in the property industry, and, as founding Director of a niche corporate property consultancy, he established a successful £2m business. Paul managed thousands of properties for PLCs, Investors, Third Sector and Occupiers. As a management consultant working in the property sector, Paul had a good understanding of how a robust consultancy process works and how it "fits" with different organisations.
Nick Doyle

Nick is in charge of our major Barking project. Drawing on his experience as Regional Director at St Modwen Properties, Nick oversees the Coplan wide development strategy, and also manages new business projects. Nick combines over 20 years experience in the property investment and development industry with the proven ability to anticipate future trends, as proved by his pioneering work within the town centre regeneration sector. As Regional Director at St Modwen Properties PLC he controlled several high profile projects which accounted for 50% of the group’s assets worth £300m and a development pipeline in excess of £500m.

Joanna is an experienced development specialist who works across the property sectors advising both private sector and public sector clients throughout the UK. She has particular expertise in urban renewal and regeneration.

Joanna left Cushman & Wakefield (Global Real Estate Advisers) in December 2009 after 25 years. In 1992 Joanna was invited to become the first female equity partner in the firm’s history. Joanna was National Chairman of Women in Property in 2009, and was voted into the top 100 Women in Property in 2006. In addition to her Coplan role she also sits on the New Business and Development Board at Notting Hill Housing Association.

Nic has 15 years of experience in real estate financial management, and so brings high-level expertise of raising finance and managing large portfolios. Nic spent ten years at St Modwen Properties PLC where he had financial responsibility for its £500m investment portfolio, with an annual rent roll of in excess of £50m and over 1,000 tenants.

Steve has 15 years experience as a communications expert, including eight years in three international charities and seven years as a consultant to the property industry. Steve has worked successfully with a number of property companies on branding, internal and external communications, and public consultations. Steve is responsible for all Coplan’s communications, including PR, public consultations and websites.
