Coplan acquires Kingston property

Coplan has bought a 5,500 sq ft retail/office investment in Kingston for £750,000. The ground floor, a former Bathstore, was pre let to Princess Alice Hospice at £50,000 p.a. on a 15 year FRI lease, relocating a furniture business from premises nearby. The first floor is let to Precise, a media press cuttings business. The property has been added to an existing £20M portfolio that Coplan own jointly with RBS who helped to fund the acquisition.
