Coplan lets more space in Wandsworth |
 April 2008 - Coplan Estates has secured a number of tenants at its Riverside Commercial Quarter scheme in Wandsworth, SW18. The 40,000 sq ft retail and office development, at Point Pleasant, was completed four months ago. Cupcake, a private members club for mothers and mother-to-be, has taken 5,521 sq ft on a 20 year lease at £24 per sq ft Dialysis service provided Euromedic has taken two units totaling 6,417 sq ft on a 15 year lease at an initial rent of £22.50 per sq ft.
