Coplan Shortlisted for Wickford Masterplan

Coplan, in partnership with Bellway Homes, have been shortlisted with three other groups to deliver the £120million Wickford and Basildon masterplan. The contract, worth £1billion in total, will be given to the winning consortium in the summer.
