Coplan sign development agreement with bedford borough |
|
Following their selection by Bedford Borough Council in August 2006, Coplan Estates are pleased to announce that the Development Agreement for Church Lane Neighbourhood Centre has now been signed. The completion of this deal will make way for the detailed planning application for the site within the next two months. “We’re delighted to have signed the Development Agreement, which confirms our role as Bedford Borough Council’s Development Partner for this scheme,” commented Colin McQueston, Coplan Director and lead developer on Church Lane. “We look forward to working in partnership with the Council to deliver this important neighbourhood regeneration project.” “Coplan have been exemplary partners through the initial public consultation process and the Council is pleased to have negotiated a Development Agreement that will deliver what the local people need.
