Coplan Estates is a property vehicle specialising in mixed use investment and development. Our strategy is to build a property investment portfolio to create a solid platform from which to explore complex mixed use regeneration opportunities either independently or in partnership. We concentrate on London and the South East.
The three co-founding Directors of Coplan are Colin McQueston, Nick Doyle, and Paul Stanley. We have drawn on our substantial experience to develop a highly progressive property development and investment company. The Board has recently been bolstered with the appointments of Non-Executive Chairman Joanna Embling and Finance Director Nic Mellor.
